Ileisha’s mission as a doula is to support families with essential knowledge and care throughout pregnancy, birth, and early postpartum. Regarding black maternal health care:

• Historically overlooked and unheard, Black women deserve to have their voices amplified. She aims to provide support so they can advocate for themselves.

• While known for their strength, Black women also deserve tender care. She offers a nurturing presence, empowering them to embrace their vulnerability.

• Ensuring access to essential knowledge and support is crucial for informed decision-making in health care. She is committed to bridging gaps to provide necessary resources and support.
